(formerly Sirlin Giller & Malek Architects). Model creation: Daniel Sultan / Future Mississauga. Municipal baseline: City of Mississauga LOD2 data, verified source 23-3369. This partial exterior facade refinement interprets a completed-building photograph and a precast concrete / grey-tinted low-e glazing note supplied by SG&M on October 25, 2026. The photograph's capture date is unknown. The model does not certify the building's current as-built condition. No source photographs or source textures are included. The southeast terminal folded glazing, visible pale entrance frame and adjoining pale frontage are represented. Dimensions, material colours, mullion spacing, frame proportions and shallow relief are approximate. All 344 original City triangles are retained in the combined model. The original roof, rear and other unseen parts remain City massing. A retained outer City slab partly obscures the optional side treatment. No concealed doors or interiors have been reconstructed. The original City main-body eave is 9.8285 m above its source base; the lower frontage component is 5.5375 m. The refinement uses the main-body eave as a nominal facade height. These are source-model levels, not a current survey. Matching before-and-after views use identical cameras, framing, scale, light and neutral baseline material. City data terms are retained in City-of-Mississauga-Open-Data-Terms.pdf. Retain City attribution, terms and downstream conditions with any redistribution: https://mississauga.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/961c790805c14d8da258ec91bf4117e3/data This is an independent Future Mississauga model, not an official City or architectural-firm publication, BIM deliverable or measured survey.
