The Hazel McCallion Line’s 18 km, 19-stop core project is under construction between Port Credit GO and Brampton Gateway. This atlas shows only its Mississauga alignment, including the City Centre spur. The downtown loop is a separate extension in planning and design.

Continuous colour guides make each route easy to follow: green marks the Lakeshore West, Milton and Kitchener GO corridors. Blue marks the Transitway, including its mixed-traffic Highway 403 connection between Erin Mills and City Centre. The coloured routes follow the model’s physical levels and pass behind buildings and bridges. Below-ground sections are hidden by the ground; neutral tracks show the physical model. Existing transit remains visible in every scenario; the gold Hazel McCallion Line appears in construction and future views.

City railway and Transitway mapping, current GO schedules and community-mapped HML tracks are reconciled at their joins. The City Centre flyover is included. Vertical profiles, inferred second-track offsets and track symbols are illustrative; they are not final engineering alignments. No opening date is assumed. The separate downtown extension is described here without inventing a final track layout.

HOW TO READ THE ATLAS

A future scenario,
grounded in sources.

The 3D buildings come from the City of Mississauga’s downloadable massing data. Source dates vary. The research reconciles the snapshot with newer planning drawings, decisions and construction updates. Known superseded shapes are excluded; unresolved source versions remain visible in violet and can be switched off. Older proposals remain when cancellation has not been established.

The complete source conversion retains 153,021 building and model-component records across 30 tiles. A model component is not necessarily a separate building or project. Roof shapes and terrain are approximate.

The baseline combines municipal source geometry with documented status corrections. It is not a surveyed September 2026 snapshot. Terrain uses Ontario’s LiDAR-derived elevation mosaic, with building-base interpolation where unavailable; roofs and ground are approximate. The city overview omits existing buildings below 20 m; district models retain low-rise context. The download contains reviewed City building geometry. Supplemental envelopes, scenery and textured Exchange detail are separate files in the local model package; the editable Blender scenes assemble the complete picture. Public-tree coordinates come from the City inventory. Additional canopy is illustrative within mapped woodland polygons, and tree sizes are symbolic.
