I've added a wider Churchill Meadows view and placed two reference-based building studies in the city model. The October 12 review of the City's 72 active application pages, planning notices and construction evidence is recorded below.
These changes are in the interactive model. The existing gallery and picture atlas remain dated renders; they don’t automatically change when new evidence arrives.
October 17: Churchill Meadows and two building studies.
You can now explore Churchill Meadows in its own detailed view and find the Winding Trail station and 228 Queen Street South studies in their surroundings. I've kept their source limits visible: Winding Trail has a fitted display forecourt, and Queen Street has a narrow ground support. Neither is surveyed site grading.
The Churchill Meadows view reaches 5,898 additional municipal source components. That measures geographic coverage, not the number of individually verified buildings. Gala Gateway also has two approved model views on the reference-studies page; its exact park position remains unconfirmed.
Shared references helped me improve Winding Trail, Paisley, Sherobee, museum buildings, Leslie Log House and 228 Queen Street South, and make new studies of Port Credit Lighthouse and part of Conference at the Council House. The new page shows matched views of earlier and updated models, alongside the details I still need to check.
The earlier October 17 release added these standalone render studies. This later update places Winding Trail and 228 Queen Street South in the city map and adds the Churchill Meadows view. The existing gallery pictures and downloadable atlas have not been regenerated.
New planning and construction evidence is now recorded, alongside the sites that still need reliable architecture. A locator marks a researched project; it does not stand in for a finished building model.
Erin Mills
Erin Mills Town Centre — northwest phase
The Tribunal approved the nine-tower, 3,162-home settlement in principle on September 24, 2026. The illustrated 20–37-storey layout is already incorporated. The Final Order remains conditional, and holding requirements, subdivision and individual site plans still matter. The settlement adds at least 2,047 m² of non-residential space and a 4,206 m² park.
Existing geometry retained; status/timeline correction only
The City is studying a vision for 12 acres around the Living Arts Centre and Community Common. Public engagement and business-case work are planned for fall 2026 to winter 2027, with recommendations to Council in spring 2027. The Living Arts Centre remains open.
Existing geometry retained; status/timeline correction only
The four-storey, 22-home building has site-plan approval and an issued new-building permit. September reporting and Peel identify construction underway. The full model is a planned envelope; its current structural stage has not been measured.
Retain legacy source13-11416 only as qualified planned envelope. Do not claim it is the currently built structure or promote full mass into construction mode without structural progress evidence. No arbitrary height revision from a forum-title change.
The Block 4 plan depicts 164 townhomes in 19 rows. The City’s Section 47 site-plan record now gives September 17, 2026 approval. Construction has not been independently verified.
Keep existing plan-derived19rowgroups. Approvalmetadata is not a physical redesign or constructionstart.
Two mid-rise buildings of eight and twelve storeys continued under a receiver. PCL reported the 397-unit development topped off in July 2026.
Keep the documented 8/12-storey built phase. The GIS record carries 478 units while the PCL construction reference reports 397; this discrepancy alone is not a physical redesign.
The April 2026 resubmission proposes a 12-storey apartment with 196 homes and 15 stacked townhouses, 211 homes total. The City webpage still says 20 townhouses, but current architecture and servicing agree on 15. Four existing City source components already represent the site.
Existing City buildings are already shown. Current roof and terrace details remain to be compared with the newer plans.
A June 2026 application proposes eight detached homes in total, including the retained house at 2184 Oneida. Four freehold lots and a four-home common-element condominium are shown; seven homes would be new.
Site marked; the plans show seven new houses and one retained house. Their roof designs and actual heights are not yet verified.
FSIG Elmwood GP Inc. and Indwell plan 25 supportive homes in Port Credit. The City records an active site-plan application, and Peel still identifies the project as planning. Programme construction dates are forecasts, not proof of a start.
Site marked; the new building needs a reliable current site plan and elevations before its shape is added.
Anthem Developments has a current 85-apartment application with retail at grade. The older approved zoning and holding-removal records describe83 apartments and nine storeys. Do not substitute brokerage listings for the older96-townhome scheme or assume the85-unit application has identical architecture.
Site marked; the new building needs a reliable current site plan and elevations before its shape is added.
Indwell’s four-storey Creekside project at 1639 Lakeshore Road West is under construction. The City permit and current Peel project page identify 51 homes. Indwell’s older page still advertises 50 and a 2026 opening; retain these as historical numbers, alongside Peel’s current Q4 2027 forecast.
Site marked; the new building needs a reliable current site plan and elevations before its shape is added.
The City records an approved six-townhome scheme and later removal of its holding symbol. It is an older missing named project, not a newly verified October2026 construction start. Current delivery and exact architecture remain unconfirmed.
Site marked; the new building needs a reliable current site plan and elevations before its shape is added.
A walking and cycling connection from Front Street North to Port Credit Memorial Park. The City still labels it in progress and documents the girder launch. No public opening confirmation was recovered.
The project is recorded, with a link to the City’s construction update. Its new bridge needs reliable deck and alignment details before it is drawn.
Added the revised ten-storey apartment and eight townhouse blocks: 383 homes in all. The model follows the current plan, with smaller roof details and ground levels clearly qualified.
Added the 24-storey infill tower from July 2026 plans, while keeping the two existing apartment buildings. Main and highest roof levels are distinguished; finishes and balconies remain simplified.
Added the three six-storey plan envelopes at the correct parcel, about 409 m from the old pin, with the surrounding houses from dated City geometry. Exact posted roof levels are retained. Proposed grades and the 141-versus-153 home-count disagreement remain clearly qualified.
Replaced the old 18-storey version with the current stepped 16-storey design, open courtyard and townhomes. The source roof height is 51.94 m; the new zoning maximum is 52 m.
Corrected the incompatible older height. The reference uses the 95 m main body and newer rooftop allowance, with a 106.5 m maximum. Roof shape and placement remain approximate; demolition does not establish a completed tower.
Corrected Byngmount Shores to the primary-confirmed seven-storey form and 150 affordable rentals. Its 27.5 m reference height still needs a current dimensioned elevation. October photographs show unfinished construction.
Added the missing site as a zoning-envelope study. Its permitted 16-, 32- and 31-storey zones are shown in violet; current architectural floor plates are still being checked.
Added the controlling 29-storey, 95 m Tribunal permission as a permitted-height study. Its outline and ground placement are approximate, and the site-plan process is still active.
Added the three-building rental project. Current permits confirm 431 homes and eight, eight and nine storeys. The reference form is violet because metre heights and detailed current elevations remain unverified.
Added the three proposed house footprints and pitched-roof references. The current plans and older elevations disagree slightly on heights and split-level storey counts, so the violet model keeps those limits visible.
Added a named Above Condos record and linked public references. The two towers and shared podium were already in the City geometry, so no duplicate building was added.
The October 8 notices record September 29 passage for 2155 Leanne Boulevard, 1970–1980 Fowler Drive, 1225 Dundas East, 6344 Ninth Line, 3115 Hurontario, 44–45 Longview Place. The appeal periods remain open through October 28. Some sites also retain holding conditions. These decisions are not proof that construction has begun.
Birch’s site-plan approval is now recorded separately from its unverified construction status. A City-owned Kariya parkland parcel has also been designated as public open space; that change does not alter the proposed Exchange condo towers.
